Good morning from Daytona and we have watched the sunrise and then the skies cloud over. We've just gone green again after the 19th caution period of the race, Robin has stepped into the car and is currently 6th in class and 15th overall on Lap 519 for the DP leaders. The pontiac has completed 490 laps at 1:54 and 112mph.

Robin talked with me in pit lane. The blower that is normally in the footwell was moved to the windshield to help with rain removal. This leaves the footwell unbearably hot. Robin was only just able to stand the heat. He's hobbling off to get a shower and relax for a while.
